Wheelchair-accessible vehicle with lift or ramp, four-point locking system, lap and shoulder restraints, and a chair if you do not have one.
What to expect
- The crew meets the patient at the door, not at the curb.
- The chair is locked to the floor and the patient belted before moving.
- We wait for a safe handoff at the destination, including checking in at reception when asked.
