Careers
Do work that people remember.
We hire crews who treat a stranger's parent the way they would want their own treated. If that is you, we want to talk.

Why work here
Local routes, home every night
Our work stays in the Antelope Valley and greater LA County, so shifts end where they started.
Real training, not a checkbox
You are trained on our equipment and paired with an experienced crew member before you run solo.
Equipment that works
Maintained vehicles, hydraulic gurneys, and the right chair for the job, because shortcuts hurt people.
Room to grow
Crews move into lead, dispatch, and training roles as the company grows.

What the day looks like
Start of shift: vehicle and equipment check, oxygen levels, sanitizing, and your run list for the day.
On the road: door-to-door pickups, careful transfers, and verbal handoffs at each destination.
Between runs: dispatch keeps you updated, and you keep dispatch updated when a facility runs late.
End of shift: restock, sanitize, paperwork closed out, and the vehicle ready for the next crew.
What we offer
Competitive hourly pay based on certification and experience
Paid training on our equipment and protocols
